Payment Option Details:
Option 1:
Spot Cash payable within 30 calendar days after reservation. Net of 8%
discount and reservation fee. Transfer Charges will be paid before
move-in.

2: Payable within 60 calendar days after reservation. Net of 6%
discount and reservation fee.
Option 3:
Payable within 90 calendar days after reservation. Net of 4% discount
and reservation fee.

Deferred payable on 48 equal monthly payments. Net of reservation fee.

15% Equity Payment within 30 calendar days with 5% discount on down

months C. 80% thru bank financing/cash financing.

15% Equity over 48 equal monthly payments. Net of reservation fee.
